Congratulations to Mr. Irmak’s Math Olympiad team for coming in 3rd in the North Texas Regionals and took 2nd place at the Texas Charter School Math Olympiad in Austin!

HSA- Dallas High School counselors have started a reward system for students that exemplify positive behavior such as helping and supporting peers and teachers, acts of kindness, and demonstrating responsibility in class. When teachers observe these positive behaviors, students will earn a reward ticket to exchange for small prizes such as books, headphones, snacks, and more. We want to recognize all the great things students do every day that make HSA- Dallas the best! Thanks for all you do!
Join us for a free vision screening courtesy of Prevent Blindness Texas. We will be sharing information on how to obtain FREE eyeglasses and low-cost eye exams.
In accordance with the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students, Harmony Public Schools will begin taking nominations for all interested students in grades 1-12 for gifted and talented screening. Anyone interested in the educational welfare of these students may nominate them for assessment.
Nomination forms are available at the front office, or may be downloaded below. The forms must be returned to the front office by Friday, February 9, 2018. Assessment will begin on Monday, February 5, 2018. For more information about the screening and identification process, parents may contact the school’s GT Coach/teacher.

All answers on the survey are completely confidential and will be used to help us plan improvements for the remainder of this school year and into the 2018-2019 school year.

Nominations for the Gifted and Talented program will be accepted for all students who have not been tested in the last 12 months until January 31 at 4 pm. Forms can be picked up from the front office.
